Job Description:
LakePharma, Inc. is seeking a motivated full-time associate scientist to join its dynamic workforce. The candidate would be responsible for performing large-scale purification of protein produced in mammalian tissue culture expression systems. The candidate would also be responsible for conducting protein characterization by UV, SDS-PAGE, chromatography, filtration, ELISA, etc. The ideal candidate would have experience with some to all of these protein purification and characterization techniques. The candidate should have very good hands and an excellent attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
• Possess a B.S./M.S. in biology or biochemistry or related fields (title and salary will depend on education and experience).
• Minimum of one year of lab experience.
• Significant experience with protein purification and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent record keeping skills.
• Ability to manage work independently while working effectively in a team.
