Job Description:
LakePharma, Inc. is seeking a motivated full-time associate scientist to join its DNA studio group. The candidate would be responsible for conducting many different steps of molecular cloning, including PCR, gene synthesis, site-mutagenesis, ligation cloning, agarose gel electrophoresis, DNA sequencing analysis, plasmid DNA preparation. The ideal candidate would have experience with some to all of these molecular biology techniques and should be able to prepare project study reports. The candidate should have very good laboratory skills and an excellent attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
• Possess a B.S./M.S. in biology or related field (title and salary will depend on education and experience).
• Minimum of one year of lab experience.
• Significant experience conducting DNA molecular biology experimental techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent record keeping skills.
• Ability to manage work independently while working effectively in a team.
