Turnaround time is 10 days for synthesis of a DNA fragment up to 1.0 kb. The turnaround time for DNA fragment longer than 1.0 kB may be greater than 10 days - please inquire for the exact turnaround time for your longer DNA fragment.
Description:
Custom synthesis of your gene of interest or of any desired DNA sequence. We can synthesize wild-type gene sequences, mutant/variant gene sequences, or gene sequences codon optimized for optimal expression in recombinant (e.g. bacterial, yeast, baculovirus, mammalian) expression systems. Restriction enzyme sites, promoters, and epitope tags can be incorporated anywhere for optimal utility. Codon optimization and sequencing confirmation are included with gene synthesis. DNA is delivered to clients as 5-10 micrograms of purified plasmid DNA inserted into the standard cloning plasmid pUC19 or plasmids specified and provided by clients.
