Description:
LakePharma provides subcloning services, inserting your gene amplified by PCR into your desired vector. For PCR cloning, the customer provides us with the PCR template. LakePharma amplifies your gene from the template by PCR and the PCR product is cloned into your desired vector or into one of our vectors optimized for mammalian gene expression (see Related Links below). Please note that DNA sequencing of the cloned PCR product is not included as a standard part of this service, but can be provided by LakePharma at an additional cost (see DNA sequencing and analysis link below).
