Stable cell lines are engineered with LakePharma Zeocin Enhanced technology to simultaneously express two individual genes.
Target gene construct is supplied by clients. Additional fees apply if target gene is to be synthesized by LakePharma (see LakePharma's premium gene synthesis custom service for more details - link below).
Timeline: 6-7 weeks.
Deliverables: 10 individual clones, 2-5 million cells per vial per clone, shipped on dry ice.
Description:
LakePharma offers custom services for stable cell line generation for two genes of interest. This service includes the subcloning of clients' genes-of-interest into LakePharma proprietary multi-cistronic mammalian expression vector pLEV440 with zeocin selectable marker. The deliverables include 10 individual clones, and the turnaround time is 6-7 weeks. While the success rate of stable cell line generation is highly dependent on the target genes and LakePharma can not guarantee 100% success rate, our in-house data show a success rate greater than 90%.
Please note that the LakePharma DNA vectors used in this cell line generation service will NOT be transferred to clients under this arrangement.
