Description:
LakePharma offers custom services for stable cell line generation for single gene of interest under the constitutively active EF1C promoter. This service includes the subcloning of clients' genes-of-interest into LakePharma proprietary mammalian expression vector pLEV343 with zeocin selectable marker. The deliverables include 10 individual clones, and the turnaround time is 6-7 weeks. While the success rate of stable cell line generation is highly dependent on the target genes and LakePharma can not guarantee 100% success rate, our in-house data show a success rate greater than 90%.
Please note that the LakePharma DNA vectors used in this cell line generation service will NOT be transferred to clients under this arrangement.
