Features:

High expressor stable cell line developed with LakePharma's patented RUM cell line creation technology.

Target gene construct is supplied by clients. Additional fees apply if target gene is to be synthesized by LakePharma (see LakePharma's premium gene synthesis custom service for more details - link below).

Timeline: 6-7 weeks.

Deliverables: 10 individual clones, 2-5 million cells per vial per clone, shipped on dry ice.

Description:

Compared to CHO stable cell lines made with antibiotic selection, cell lines made with LakePharma's own system for developing high expressing cell lines is much more productive in expressing target proteins. In multiple occasions of expressing secreted proteins and antibodies, 50+ fold increase in target protein in supernatant has been observed. LakePharma's patented RUM (Rapid Universal Selectable Marker) system for developing highly expressing stable cell lines was fully developed in-house.

10 independent clones will be delivered to clients. Cell line characterization will be performed by clients, not LakePharma. The positive rate of cell lines expressing a target gene is greater than 90% at LakePharma.

LakePharma also offers additional rounds of single cell cloning and stability testing. Please call or e-mail info@lakepharma.com for consultation and custom quotes.

Please note that the LakePharma DNA vectors used in this cell line generation service will NOT be transferred to clients under this arrangement.
