Description:
Custom synthesis of your gene of interest from any gene sequence that you provide. Your gene is then subcloned into LakePharma proprietary mammalian expression vector pLEV343 with zeocin selectable marker. The standard stable cell line generation service by default uses monolayer CHO cells, although suspension CHO-S could be used by special request. The deliverables include 10 individual clones, and the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. While the success rate of stable cell line generation is highly dependent on the target genes and LakePharma can not guarantee 100% success rate, our in-house data show a success rate greater than 90%.
