Scope:
Molecular construction only services:
Antibody genes are synthesized or amplified by PCR from a template provided by the client and cloned into our proprietary high expression mammalian vectors.
Scale-up productions are available at an additional cost
Packages for molecular construction and small scale production:
1. Antibody genes are synthesized or amplified by PCR from a template provided by the client and cloned into our proprietary high expression mammalian vectors.
2. Pilot small-scale (0.03 liter) transient transfection into HEK293 cells (Tuna293™ Process) is performed, followed by the listed purification method to assess expression levels and protein yield. Or
3. Pilot small-scale (0.03 liter) transient transfection into CHOcells (TunaCHO™ Process) is performed, followed by the listed purification method to assess expression levels and protein yield.
Deliverable:

-plasmid DNA (if in a commercially available vector)
OR
-plasmid DNA used in scale-up productions at LakePharma
